This project features images of the lion of Lucerne sculptures, including a sleeping Lion statue behind a black metal fence and on a Confederate memorial. The images highlight the majestic and powerful presence of the lion sculptures overlooking the unknown Confederate Soldeirs who died at the Battle of Atlanta and the Siege of the City during the American Civil War in July-September 1864.
